Tips For Using the St George MLS Search Tool

If you want to search only a specific sub-division/neighborhood, first select the city and then the neighborhood(s)

• You can select multiple neighborhoods by holding ? on Mac or Ctrl on Windows and clicking on them with your mouse

You can select what kind of search you want by checking the appropriate boxes under "Property Type". You can check one or all of the following options:

• Home
• Condo
• Land
• Multi-Residential

You can search with the interactive map by clicking on the "Map Search" button after selecting your search criteria. The map will show all of the listings that have the features you selected. 

You can also search by Zip Code, MLS Number, or even search for foreclosures by clicking on the appropriate tab at the top of the search page. If you want to look at short sales, be sure to select "Yes" from the Short Sale drop down menu.
