Mountain Charm, Toquerville

Mountain Charm is a small, established Toquerville neighborhood that dates back to the 1990s. It does not turn over often, so when a home here comes up it is worth moving on. A recent sale was a mid-1990s home of about 1,600 square feet in the mid $500,000s, which is a settled, mature part of town rather than a new-construction area. Toquerville sits in Washington County at about 3,394 feet, a little higher and cooler than the St. George valley, along Ash Creek at the foot of the Pine Valley Mountains just north of La Verkin and Hurricane. It was settled in 1858 and still carries its farm-and-orchard roots, so this is a town of larger lots, with Zion, Sand Hollow, and Quail Creek all a short drive away.

If you like the idea of an established home with grown-in landscaping in a quiet corner of Toquerville, let me keep an eye on Mountain Charm for you.
