Upstairs, four generous bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family and guests. The large family room features custom built-ins and opens onto a private viewing deck where morning coffee and evening sunsets become daily traditions. After a day outdoors, unwind in the premium Canadian Red Cedar Far Infrared sauna and let the peaceful surroundings do the rest. Modern conveniences blend seamlessly with country living. Two heating and cooling systems, six ceiling fans, fiber-optic internet, a Wilson Electronics cell signal booster, and a SimpliSafe security system provide comfort and connectivity rarely found on rural properties. A generator transfer switch keeps the home fully functional during outages, while a dedicated wellhead power connection allows fresh water to continue flowing directly from the private well, offering exceptional peace of mind and self-sufficiency. Equestrians, ranchers, hobby farmers, and outdoor enthusiasts will immediately appreciate the impressive infrastructure throughout the property. The 30'x60' barn was designed with both function and longevity in mind, featuring a powered 14-foot overhead door, concrete floors, abundant electrical service, built-in storage shelving, automatic livestock watering supplied directly from the private well, feeding stations with viewing windows, natural daylight panels, extensive exterior lighting, and a professionally engineered drainage system. Whether housing horses, livestock, equipment, or recreational vehicles, the barn is prepared for nearly any use. The separate 30'x50' outbuilding expands the property's possibilities even further. Approximately 500 square feet has been beautifully finished into an office and oversized craft room filled with natural light, while the remaining workshop space includes two commercial-grade roll-up doors, 240-volt power, loft storage, and a full bathroom served by its own dedicated septic system. Two new mini-split heat pumps installed in 2026 provide year-round comfort. With an existing storage area easily convertible into guest quarters or a private casita, the building presents outstanding opportunities for a home-based business, multigenerational living, Airbnb income, or a personal workshop. Outside, covered patios, a 50-amp hot tub hookup, RV dump station, and generous parking accommodate recreational vehicles, trailers, equipment, and guests with ease. Yet what truly sets Restoration Ranch apart lies beyond the buildings. A private gate opens directly onto thousands of acres of adjoining BLM land, creating what feels like your own personal backyard stretching to the horizon. Step outside and immediately enjoy horseback riding, ATV adventures, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, wildlife photography, or peaceful evening walks without ever loading a trailer or driving to a trailhead. Nearly a quarter mile of private trails weave throughout the ranch itself, leading to some of the property's most memorable destinations. Spend an afternoon at the custom horse obstacle course, enjoy target practice at your private shooting range, or relax inside "Viewy," the charming wildlife observation cabin perfectly positioned to overlook the surrounding landscape. The crown jewel of the property is undoubtedly the Oak Grove. Approximately thirty mature Mountain Oak trees create one of the most peaceful gathering places imaginable. Massive rock outcroppings, panoramic mountain views, fire pit, barbecue area, hammock posts, outdoor dining spaces, and multiple seating areas combine to create a destination where family reunions, celebrations, quiet evenings, and unforgettable memories naturally unfold. A private gate from the Oak Grove provides direct access onto BLM land, making exploration limitless. Throughout the ranch, thirty-one thoughtfully placed seating areas encourage you to pause, reflect, and enjoy the incredible scenery. Whether watching deer pass through at sunrise, reading beneath the shade trees, or taking in the stars on a clear Southern Utah night, every corner of the property offers a different perspective and a different reason to stay just a little longer. The outdoor improvements continue with beautifully landscaped grounds, irrigated lawns, seven mature shade trees, a fully fenced front pasture, custom chicken coop, expansive gravel parking areas, and a productive fenced garden featuring thirteen raised planting beds, four fruit trees, automatic irrigation, and two Lifetime storage sheds. The property has been carefully maintained to balance beauty with practicality. The ranch is equally impressive behind the scenes. A private well provides abundant, professionally tested water with a neutral 7.0 pH. An 86-gallon pressure tank was installed in 2026, and both the pump and well system have been recently inspected. Two 500-gallon propane tanks support the property, while a new 50-year roof, covered gutters, Greenbelt tax designation, and extensive exterior lighting reflect the attention given to both long-term value and everyday enjoyment. Despite the incredible privacy, Restoration Ranch remains remarkably convenient. Enterprise schools, grocery shopping, restaurants, medical services, and community amenities are only five minutes away. Enterprise Reservoir is just fifteen minutes from the property, providing boating, fishing, kayaking, and camping, while the surrounding region offers endless opportunities for horseback riding, hunting, off-road recreation, and exploring Southern Utah's spectacular public lands. Some properties simply provide a place to live. Restoration Ranch offers something much more meaningful. It is a place where families gather, adventures begin, self-reliance is embraced, and lifelong memories are created. Whether your vision includes horses, livestock, outdoor recreation, a family legacy property, an executive retreat, or simply a quieter way of life, Restoration Ranch is a property that is exceptionally difficult to duplicate. Welcome home.

Enterprise Luxury Homes

Luxury in Enterprise does not look like luxury in a gated St. George community, and that is exactly the point. The top of this market is about setting: the land, the views, and the build quality, without a resort wrapper or a resort price. This page pulls the upper tier of what is currently listed in Enterprise so you are not sorting through the whole town to find it.

I have walked enough of these properties to tell you quickly which ones earn their price and which are just big. The honest answer changes listing by listing, and I am glad to give it to you straight.

Enterprise is a genuine farm and ranch town of about two thousand people, 41 miles northwest of St. George at around 5,300 feet. The town is named for the settlers' plan to build a water supply where none existed, they built the dam, and the reservoirs and green fields are still the backbone of the place. It has its own schools right in town, a real main street, and the annual Cornfest every August since 1990. Nobody moves to Enterprise by accident, and the people who choose it tend to stay.

An honest read on the market

Enterprise inventory is a wide mix: older farmhouses, mid-century brick homes near the schools, newer builds on the edges, and genuine agricultural properties with water shares and outbuildings. Days on market run long out here, which is the nature of a town where the buyer pool is people who specifically want Enterprise. Water rights and shares are the single biggest due diligence item on the bigger parcels, and I check them line by line before you commit.

Common Questions

What counts as a luxury home in Enterprise?

There is no official line in a town this size. In practice the top tier here means the properties that stand out on land, views, and build quality, and this page is set to show that upper band of the current market. I can tell you within minutes of walking one whether the price is earned.

Is buying at the top of a small market risky?

It cuts both ways. Resale takes longer because the buyer pool is smaller, but supply is permanently thin, so the right property holds value stubbornly. The discipline is simple: buy the setting and the build, not the finishes.

Every listing on this page comes straight from the MLS, so you are seeing what is really on the market in Enterprise. Call or text me, Lance Clifford, at 435-200-5508, or reach me through my contact page. You can also browse all Enterprise homes for sale.
