Valley View, Virgin

Valley View is an established, more affordable corner of Virgin, with homes going back to the early 1990s. It is one of the more sensible entry points in a town that otherwise skews higher-end, so if you want into Virgin without stretching for a big custom estate, this is a neighborhood to watch. Virgin is a small Washington County town on State Route 9, the road to Zion, sitting along the Virgin River at about 3,606 feet. It is the closest side of the valley to the park, so this is a rural, spread-out place of larger lots and dark skies, with Hurricane and Sand Hollow a short drive west.
