Zion Panorama, Virgin
Zion Panorama is one of Virgin's view subdivisions, and the name is the pitch. This is where you buy for the Zion and red-rock scenery, on the park side of the valley where the views are the whole point. Virgin is a small Washington County town on State Route 9, the road to Zion, sitting along the Virgin River at about 3,606 feet. It is the closest side of the valley to the park, so this is a rural, spread-out place of larger lots and dark skies, with Hurricane and Sand Hollow a short drive west.
If a Zion view from your own home is what you are after, tell me what you want and I will pull the current Zion Panorama listings and the lots with the best outlook.

Common Questions
Does Zion Panorama really have Zion views?
That is the point of the subdivision. It sits on the park side of the valley, so many of the homes and lots take in Zion and red-rock scenery. I can point you to the ones with the strongest views.
How close is it to Zion National Park?
Virgin sits right on State Route 9, the main road to Zion, so Zion Panorama is minutes from the park side of the valley. That access and the views are what make it worth it.
