Country Way Estates Homes for Sale | Washington, Utah

Country Way Estates, off East Washington Dam Road, is where Washington keeps its elbow room: acre-class lots with large four to six bedroom homes reaching about 4,200 square feet, built by Savage Development beginning in 2012 and continuing since. An association maintains standards for nearly all the homes, and the Horizon Elementary and Desert Hills school assignments serve the neighborhood.

Inventory is the catch. There were no active MLS listings here at my last check, which is typical, because families who buy an acre in Washington tend to stay on it. If land-with-a-real-house is your search, I'll put Country Way on your alert list alongside the handful of comparable big-lot neighborhoods, and when one surfaces I'll tell you quickly whether the price respects what acreage actually trades for here.
