Hoodoo Hollow is one of the entry-level villages in D.R. Horton's Long Valley master plan on Washington's east side, and it holds a distinction that matters to a lot of buyers: recent activity here has run around $359,000, which is about as low as new-era construction gets in this county. The master plan wraps it in clubhouse, pool, and pickleball amenities that communities at twice the price would be proud of.

Product at this price moves fast and the fine print matters: attached versus detached, lot size, and the HOA structure all vary across Long Valley's villages. I keep current on Horton's releases and the resale flow across the whole master plan. If your budget lives in the $300s and you want new or nearly new, Long Valley is probably where I'd start your search, and Hoodoo Hollow is the village to watch.
