Finishes across recent sales have been strong: 12-foot ceilings, large windows and bay windows framing the views, granite or quartz counters, custom cabinetry, hardwood or tile floors, and covered patios built to take in the course. Attached two-car garages are standard.

Many of these homes have been lightly used as second homes, so condition tends to be excellent. The larger floor plans add walkout basements with second living areas, en-suite bedrooms, and bonus rooms, which gives you more space while keeping the golf-course setting.

The Sunbrook Recreation Center includes indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an exercise room, pickleball courts, and a playground. Owners also have access to the Sunbrook Community and Events Center, which hosts weddings, parties, meetings, and gatherings. HOA dues have been running roughly $200 to $269 per month depending on the home. Confirm the exact dues and what they include on the specific home, since the figure varies a little across the community.

Bridgewater sits off Emeraud Drive in the Sunbrook golf community on the west side of St. George, reached from Dixie Drive through the French Quarter.
